The Irish have left - it must have been the potatoes. I love the potatoes, especially those cooked for us last week by my new best pal Pamela. She's the chef from the best restaurant in town - the Gately on Nile. Last week she was our cook for our Kayak the Nile kids adventure camp.
The second of two weeks of kids camps, we had 10 young ones from the International School of Uganda. Myself and Jared put in some long hours keeping the wild bunch entertained, but it paid off with everyone of them having a great time learning some new skills and having a whole lot of fun in the process.
